I’m very excited to announce The Nourishing Food Guide.
This e-Book has been a work in progress over the last year. I wanted to create a one-stop-guide for individuals who are embarking on their health and wellness journey.
5 Years ago, I qualified as a Clinical Nutritionist. Over that time I have seen a multitude of clients 1:1, assisting them with a range of health issues, sufficient nutrition is a massive part of my process.
The Nourishing Food Guide is a range of my baseline ideas which I share with all my clients, including how to navigate modern food, creating a diet rich in whole-food nutrients which is the foundation of health and wellness.
The way in which we eat has markedly changed over the years. With our lives becoming busier, the inclusion of processed and refined convenience foods has taken precedence on our plates. The aim behind the e-Book is to show you how to include, real, whole-foods in your diet daily which helps to crowd out the processed and refined foods, helping us get back to basics, these basic whole-foods are the integral in helping us to build and maintain great health and wellness.
