Out of respect for other clients wanting an appointment, and being a sole-operator, no less then 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or move your appointment to another day or time.
Failure to do so will result in you being charged 100% of the treatment cost, no exceptions.
No-show’s also result in 100% of the treatment cost being charged.
An appointment reminder card is provided when booking an appointment, if you don’t put it in your dairy yourself, and a reminder text is sent 24 hours before your appointment, also stating this policy.
