Expertly led by Steph, our Registered Clinical Nutritionist, this program encompasses discussions, engaging activities and challenges, and when joining with other, a network of supportive peers all striving towards similar goals. Together, we create a nurturing space where you can thrive, celebrate your successes, and make lasting changes. With access to nutrition support, exclusive content, interactive webinars, and a supportive community, you’ll have all the tools you need to start your transformation journey. Who is the Club Suited For?

Just Beginning: Are you just beginning your health and wellness journey? Have you dabbled in a few healthy habits or eating styles already but haven’t found anything you’ve been able to stick to and/or get results from? Then the Members Club is for you. With tried and tested methods, expertly led by professionals, the guesswork is taken out of achieving your goals. Our motto is “if you try random things, you get random, if any, results at all”.

Worked with Me Before: If you’ve worked with me before and want to continue receiving support while being part of a community of like-minded individuals, then this is also the right place for you. With ongoing support and challenges focused on key foundations of health and wellness, this is the perfect environment for continued thriving and growth.

How does it work?

Every 4 weeks at the beginning of each month, you will receive a video via your inbox with the topic of focus for the month. There are 6 key topics which are the key foundations which help to build and sustain optimal health. With these areas of focus, there will be personal; tasks such as self-assessment tasks, challenges and additional resources to help solidify these areas as healthy habits that you’ll carry forward in your daily life, all self-paced but in a supportive environment for maximum effect.

*Where a number of members join at the same time, a group call will be held, otherwise a check-in message weekly will be sent to individual participants for maximum support and guidance throughout the programme.
