Mechanotransduction is a fancy word for how our bodies turn physical movements and pressures into signals that our cells can understand. Imagine your body is like a sponge. When you squeeze or stretch the sponge, it changes shape. Similarly, when you move, stretch, or press on your body, it changes shape and sends signals to your cells. These signals tell your cells to do important things like grow, repair, and stay healthy. So, moving your body helps your cells stay active and responsive, which is good for your overall health.

  1. Assessment: We begin with a comprehensive assessment of your current posture and movement patterns. This helps us identify areas of misalignment and potential sources of discomfort.
  2. Personalized Plan: Based on the assessment, we create a personalized plan that includes movements and self-massage techniques designed to correct your posture and improve mechanotransduction.
  3. Guided Sessions: Through one-on-one sessions, we guide you through specific exercises and movements, ensuring you perform them correctly to achieve the best results.
  4. Ongoing Support: We provide ongoing support and adjustments to your plan as your posture improves, ensuring you continue to benefit from the service.

Service Pricing:

Initial Posture Assessment | 60 minutes | $130

One-on-one guided sessions every 1 or 2 weeks | 60 minutes | $80 each

One-on-one guided sessions ever 3 or 4 weeks | 60 minutes | $95 each

*A number of sessions are required as it takes time for the body to create new movement patterns and strength which aids holding the body in an improved position. Sessions can be purchased in a pack of 10 or 20 sessions either purchased all at once or paid for weekly via payment plan.
