Granola Bark

This is the easiest and laziest wholefood treat I have every made, it’s great for those who love raw baking but don’t always have the time to make a more complicated slice.

Ingredients:

1.5C granola (I use my own homemade version, store-brought can be use but find a low sugar one with lots of wholefood ingredients such as nuts, seeds and wholegrains if you can tolerate them) alternatively you could just used a mixture of mixed seeds, nuts and some chopped dried fruit if you desire,

1/2C Nut or seed butter (I used almond butter)

2-4 Tbsp pure maple syrup or rice malt syrup

2Tbsp Coconut Oil Melted

1/2 block dark chocolate

Method:

Melt coconut oil. Add in nut butter and sweetener of choice. Measure in the granola and mix well until all the granola is coated in the liquid mixture. Spread the mixture out roughly onto a lined tray. Melt the chocolate and drizzle over. Place in the fridge to set. Break into rough pieces once it’s set. Keep stored in the fridge or freezer.
