This is a one-off consultation exploratory session where we delve deep into what is going on for you. What areas you are struggling with and what you’d like to change.
We will work together to come up with an achievable plan of attack to help you get started with reaching your goals.
Your treatment may include but is not limited to; dietary, lifestyle, mental, emotional and supplemental recommendations.
Treatment plan is presented within this appointment time.
3 Month Comprehensive Health Program | $399
Designed for short-term skin conditions which are more acute such as eczema and dermatitis.
We begin with an exploratory session where we delve deep into what is going on for you. What areas you are struggling with and what you’d like to change.
We will work together to come up with an achievable plan of attack to help you get started with reaching your goals, while being supported along the way along the space of 3 months.
Your treatment may include but is not limited to; dietary, lifestyle, mental, emotional, skincare and supplemental recommendations.
Within the 3 months you get;

Designed for long-term, chronic skin issues such as psoriasis and acne or severe eczema.
We begin with an exploratory session where we delve deep into what is going on for you. What areas you are struggling with and what you’d like to change.
We will work together to come up with an achievable plan of attack to help you get started with reaching your goals, while being supported along the way.
You are continued to be supported along the way with regular follow-ups and treatment plan reviews.

Hair Analysis | Review + Follow-up | $275
Hair Analysis add-on to either the 3 or 6 month program | $130
Skin issues such as eczema can often be linked to food and/or environmental sensitivities. A hair analysis takes the guess work out of trying to establish where the aggravating factors are coming from.
We begin by collecting the sample, a teaspoon amount of hair from the back of the head works well. The sample is then sent away. Once received the results are usually returned in 10 working days. At this point we sit down to go through the results thoroughly and to make a plan. A review consultation is done 4 weeks after this.
Plan may include but is not limited to;
- Short term elimination of reactive foods and/or substances
- Gut and digestive support via diet and supplementation where needed
- Support of other body systems through lifestyle, mental and emotional aspects
Follow-up Consultation | 30-45 Minutes | $75-$95
This is a 2-4 weekly check-in appointment. During this appointment we will go over your progress on your individualised plan so far. At this time we will discuss and set out alterations and/or additions if and where required.
